SESSION FEES FOR PATIENTS INÂ JAPAN
Japan's health insurance does not cover mental health services that are not administered by a licensed medical doctor (MD) in a registered psychiatric hospital or clinic. Because of that, most psychotherapy, consulting, and counseling fees end up being private pay.

For international workers and their families who have international health insurance or membership in an employee assistance program (EAP), Dr. Xander will be able to either bill your program directly, or provide you with the paperwork needed to file for reimbursement.
