This policy explains how this website, kobeinternationalcounseling.com, handles information you share with it. It covers the website only. How Dr. Xander handles your health information as a patient is described separately in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

The short version

This is a simple, static website. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no cross-site trackers, and does not sell or share your information. The only information it collects is what you choose to send through the contact form, plus privacy-respecting, anonymous visit statistics.

The contact form

When you use the form on the Contact page, the information you enter (your name, email, location, optional insurance selection, and message) is sent directly to a Google Form within Dr. Xander’s Google Workspace account. That account operates under a Business Associate Agreement with Google. The information never passes through or is stored on this website’s own servers.

It is used solely so Dr. Xander can respond to your inquiry. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone outside the practice.

Email and phone

If you email Dr. Xander directly, please remember that ordinary email is not encrypted. Avoid including sensitive health details in a first email; the contact form is the more secure way to share specifics, and once you are in touch there will be a secure channel for clinical matters.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic traffic, such as which pages are visited, roughly which country visitors come from, and which sites refer them. It is privacy-first: it uses no cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you. The statistics are aggregate only.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

Hosting

The site is served as static files from Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront). Standard server logs may record technical details such as IP addresses for security and reliability, as is typical of any website.

Your choices

You are never required to use the form. You may contact the practice by email instead, and you can ask what information is held about you and request that it be corrected or deleted.

Children

This website and practice serve adults and are not directed to children.
